Do you know that essential oils (usually referred to as aromatherapy oils) can do more than calming your nerve and relaxing your body?The essential oil of each plant has a distinct property and use. Some essential oils are considered metaphysical essential oils. They can raise your vibrational frequency and alter your emotional state (think Law of Attraction and The Secret). They are effective tools in managing emotional stress & anxiety, releasing past trauma, anger & fears, uplifting your spirit, empowering you into action, sharpening mental focus, attracting more abundance, etc.
Because of these effects, I've found essential oils an effective tool in helping my life coaching clients overcome emotional blocks, so they can get un-stuck and move forward (Check out my life coaching site for your FREE Intensive Self-Care Kit).
It's worth noting that the essential oils are a productivity and peak performance tool that's overlooked by most people and largely unknown to the Corporate America. I've started incorporating some essential oils (such as Clarity, Peppermint) in my training workshops to help my audience stay alert and mentally focused during training. For stress management workshops, Peace & Calming and Lavender are top choices.
When choosing essential oils, it's important to choose high-quality, therapeutic-grade essential oils. The perfume-grade essential oils that you normally see at Bath & Bodyworks or health food stores only contain 5-10% essential oils, which means the other 90-95% are chemicals & synthetics. The Young Living Essential Oils, on the other hand, are 100% pure therapeutic-grade essential oils. Their single oils carry the nutritional value labels, which means they can be ingested, inhaled, as well as applied directly on skin. Which would you rather put in your body -- pure essential oils or the chemicals?

Metaphysical Oil Blends:
Abundance - Enhances the frequency of the harmonic magnetic energy field that surrounds us. Joy - Creates magnetic energy to uplift your mood and brings joy to the heart. Can be used as anti-depressant, wear as perfume or diffuse in the room.
Gathering - Helps overcome the chaotic energy that combards our everyday life and clouds our focus, thus diverting us from the path to higher achievement.
